Plano, TX, Jan 12, 2004 -- Elinc has developed a new corporate website (www.elinc.net) to provide improved access to product information and technical support.  The new Online Support Center enables users to request technical support and new software features as well as download the latest product enhancements. 

     Users can request support from the Technical Support area to receive a direct voice, email, or remote logon response from Elinc Technical Support.  The New Feature Request area enables users to submit ideas for future software enhancements.  The Downloads area provides access to the latest software downloads, new reports and printouts, and system documentation.
