VIA's appointment scheduler lets you to effectively manage all hospital appointments and activities. The high density scheduler supports multiple bookings, the scheduling of more than one appointment for a resource at a particular time. View appointments for individual employees or entire groups of employees and facilities at once- each view can be customized by you. Views can also be created for individual departments such as Grooming, Surgery, or Drop-offs. As you highlight an appointment pertinent client and patient information and the patient's picture are displayed for easy recognition as the client walks in the hospital. Use the mouse to quickly drag and drop an appointment to another time or doctor, check in the appointment, or access the patient's medical file. Appointment durations and colors are pre-filled based on the type of appointment being scheduled. Status reports enable you to get confirmations to ensure appointments are kept, as well target clients who drop appointments. Checking in an appointment automatically creates a reason for visit which is documented in the medical history. The scheduler can be viewed in Day View, Composite, or List View formats.

Boarding Scheduler
The graphical boarding scheduler manages boarding reservations and facilities. Boarding facilities are displayed graphically to ensure reservations are properly filled and maintained. Color coded status indicators display vacancy levels in green, yellow, and red levels (fully occupied) for each type of kennel and cage in your hospital. Census reports and cage cards including the pets picture and feeding instructions ensure kennel staff stay organized.
